Calligraphy class; Let's write your favorite kanji with ink brush

Students of calligraphy class have been practicing for 3 weeks to write their favorite words. When they made clean copies they used nice card board instead of regular papers, and they carefully completed their master pieces. One of the students, Mr.Baishi who is aiming to enter university with science and technology major is very interested in ancient history, and his favorite historical character is a famous samurai lord Kenshin Uesugi. This time he wrote kanji "Bi" which was a symbol letter used for Kenshin's war flag. It is one of the kanji showing the name of a Japanese god; Bishamonten whom Kenshin worshiped.
Some students chose a kanji used in their parents' name, and there was a student who wrote kanji "Ai (love)" which is his personal motto. Great work everybody!
