Charity bazaar have been held by ”Sei-shounen Fukushi Center（Youth Welfare Center)" on KCP campus several times per year, and recently their newsletter introduced the scene at one of the bazaar at KCP.
"Since 2003 we have been having charity bazaar for 4-5 times per year at KCP International Japanese Language School campus. School staffs and foreign students there are very supportive, and many students and people in the neighborhood buys our goods there."
Recently in Japanese society we hear that the cases involving child abuse, abandoned children and crime by youth have been increasing, and behind that the number of children who suffer from mental damage is also increasing. The money this welfare center makes from these charity events are used to support these children to gain self-reliance.
Everyone can contribute in various ways in these systems, and we would like to keep up doing volunteer activities within our power.
