On March 30th (Sat.) we had a reunion party at Ueno Park with graduate / current students from Vietnam. Some instructors and other school staffs joined were there too and we had a great time having lunch under beautiful Cherry blossom trees. Everyone brought foods that they prepared at home, such as egg roll, Vietnam ham, Vietnam style fruit yogurt. One of the graduate students is currently expecting to be a mom, and one is now studying in Japanese graduate school, and there is also one who is now working in a company as a freshman. Everyone starts a brand new life in Japan from this April, Ganbatte kudasai!
These reunion meetings are very helpful for both new and graduate students to interact and cheer each other up thinking of the members who share the same background. This kind of meeting opportunity would help them to liven up their life in Japan, we must do this often!
