On August 2nd we had our annual KCP speech contest!
As always, speakers and classmates worked so hard for their preparation in speeches and cheers, each class had their dramas on their way but eventually they all worked it out and presented wonderful speeches and cheers on the stage.
On the next day I asked the students in beginners level class how they liked the speech contest, and one of them answered "I liked the speech titled [Tears]!" That was a speech given by one of our advanced level class students, so I said "So you understood the advanced level students' speech, that is impressive!" Then the student said, "I could not understand the details but I just know that it was great." It is impressive how much a good speech could express without the literal details. The speaker, Gan-gun san who gave the speech [Tears] won the 1st prize in the contest, and Judit san received KCP President award for her speech. Great work everyone!
