On the previous day of the graduation ceremony, advanced level class students went to satellite stores of Japanese prefectures and answered quizzes.
First, you see a floor map and check the shop locations. Then run to the shops. In the shop, ask shop keepers about the local products of the area and answer the quizzes.

`I have never run this much in Japan' (Chinese female student), `It's been a while since I did phisical exercises' (Korean male student). Another student said `It was interesting to see local foods which I had never seen before. I wish I could go to Hokkaido and Okinawa'.
This walk(?)-rally required not only Japanese linguistic skills, but also physical strength. The winning team got a box of local sweets. |
