It has been a week or so since the start of this term, and as you can see in the photo, the teachers are already in their full-throttle. The photos were taken at 6:00PM today, and even at that time there are still teachers and some students staying in the school. Students stay for extra studies and communication with their friends in student lounge, while teachers have discussions about their classes or do correction of students' homework, compositions and quizzes etc. The process of teachers correcting students' works is an important learning process for teachers. Whenever they see answers or words that students wrote that are different from what they expected to see, teachers think hard and see the students' thought through the answer to figure out why / how those students came to their decision to write the answers as correct ones. The experience helps teachers brush up their teaching skills to lead students to better understandings. In the photos teachers are basically doing the corrections of students' works, and we see some teachers smiling and some having opinions from other teachers. Facing the achievement of their students is one of the important & favorite time for all the teachers.
