In the morning time of the previous final exam day, EJU test results; something that students who are planning to advance to higher education in Japan have been waiting for; were delivered to the school.
In order to provide proper advice to students, as usual we checked with each student and asked how they did on the test. Then we found that one of our students have scored the top score in Japan this time!! We had a student who had the same achievement last year, and this year we have another, this is a great news that made everyone happy! The student who had the great achievement this year is Ms. Li Miao of MS level class. Her total score of reading / listening comprehension was 368 points, and she got full-mark for writing test. She said she makes it a custom to go see her teachers about 3 times a week to have extra reading comprehension tasks, and she has been solving about 60 questions per week through the extra task works. She used a Japanese phrase that has meaning of "We tend to be good at those things we like", and said that her personal interest in reading Japanese novels and comic books have helped her learn / understand Japanese language and its nuance more in depth. (she is a member of co-curricular class manga animation club) We would like those of you who share same kind of goal as her to learn from her efforts and experience to achieve success in your own goals.
